摘要
本文首先提出生态住区的五个基本特征:可持续性、家园化、自然生态关系良好,循环高效、有序和谐。在此基础上,提出生态住区评价指标建立的基本原则,并以可持续发展理论和复合生态系统理论为指导,建立了一个较完整的生态住区评价指标体系,以此对南京市龙江小区作出生态评价。最后指出目前生态住区评价指标体系研究面临的问题。
Five signatures of Ecological Resi- dentialC ommunity were proposed in this paper. Basing on this, the principles for the foundation of Ecological Residential Community index system were suggested and a relatively inte- grated index system founded according to the principles of the“sustainability theory” and the“ composite ecosystem theory”. The end of the paper pointed out the common problems in the research of thee cological residential com- munity index system. The research will be use- ful for further research work in this area.
