摘要
本文研究了当归的双受精及胚和胚乳的发育,主要结果如下:1.干型柱头,实心花柱.当花柱弯曲时,柱头上开始有花粉粒粘着、萌发.2.配子融合属于有丝分裂前型.3.核型胚乳,在胚乳发育的早期由珠孔端细胞质向心地产生小的突起,形成许多元核的细胞质小泡.4.胚的发育属于茄型,合子经几次横分裂形成六细胞的线形原胚,然后开始纵向分裂,胚柄亦可发生1～2次纵分裂.
The fertilization and development of endosperm and embryo inAngelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels have been studied.The results are asfollows:(1)The stigma conforms to the dry type and the style is solid.Pollen grains adhere to stigma and germinate when the style curved.(2)The tusion of sperm and egg nucleus is of premitotie type.(3)Endospermdevelopment is of nuclear type.During its early stage,many enucleatecytoplasmic vesicles form centripetally at the micropylar end.(4)Embryogeny conforms to the Soland type.
