摘要
通过徒手切片和光学显微镜观察,研究了凤凰单枞茶(Camellia sinensis)叶的解剖结构。结果表明,不同品种凤凰单枞茶之间没有明显区别,解剖结构不能成为茶叶品种间分类鉴定的基础,但能为凤凰单枞叶片的基础理论研究积累资料,并为其合理开发提供解剖学依据。
By free-hand section, leaf anatomical stuctures of Phoenix Dancong tea was observed under light microscope. Re suits showed that there were no significant differences between different species of Phoenix Dancong tea. Leaf anatomical structures could＇t be used as the the basis for classification and identification of species, but could provide some references for basic studies and rational development of Phoenix Dancong tea leaves.
