摘要
本文研究了掺Pb、Sb的Bi系超导陶瓷中名义成份为(Bi_(1-x-y)Pb_xSb_y)_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_z的系列氧化物的超导性能,其中成份为Bi_(1.6)Pb_(0.2)_2Sb_(0.2)Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_z的样品,其零电阻超导转变温度T_c(O)=103K.用X—射线衍射方法对样品进行了相分析,结果表明,该系列氧化物中存在起始转变温度分别为110K(2223相)和85K(2212相)的两种超导相.Pb、Sb的加入有利于110K相的形成和连通.
The superconductive characteristics of the oxide system whose nominal composition is(Bi_(1-x-y)Pb_xSb_y)_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_2 have been studied by addingPb,Sb to Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system.The zero resistance superconductingtransition temperature obtained is T_c(0)=103K for Bi_(1·6)Pb_(0·2)Sb_(0·2)Sr_2-Ca_2Cu_3O_2.Phase analyses by X-ray diffraction show that all thecompounds consist of two phases:2212(80K)-phase and 2223(110K)-phase.By adding Pb,Sb to Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system,the volume fraction of110K-phase in the compounds can be increased.
