摘要
通过 SEM、EDX 对掺杂的 Bi-系超导体进行了研究.搞清了各超导相的显微形貌并讨论了 Pb、Sb 的掺杂作用.
The doped Bi—system superconductor has been studied by the methodof SEM and EDX.The features of every superconducting phase have beenworked out and the doped effects of Pb,Sb are discussed.
