梨果肉石细胞的形态结构与果实品质的关系 被引量:12

摘要 对5种不同品质梨品种的果实进行了解剖研究。结果表明,梨果实的石细胞是从薄壁组织中发生的,在果肉中单个或成群存在,但以群体为主要存在形式。不同品种间石细胞团的形态,大小组成及分布各不相同。石细胞团的大小与果实细腻程度呈负相关。在石细胞团大小确定的情况下,果肉中石细胞团的数量并不是影响品质的重要因素。 In this paper, the contractive antomical study on the fruit of five pear fruit of different quality was engaged, the development morphology structure and distribution of the sclereids were observed and the relationship between the sclereids and the quality was approached. We found that the sclereids of pear fruit is developed from parenchyma, it is in single or group which is the main form in the parenchyma. The morphology volume compose and distribution of the sclereids group are different in different breeds. The relation ship between the volume of sclereids and the minute of fruit is negative. The mumber of the sclereids group is not important element that effects fruit qualty of the the volume of the sclereids is definite.
