摘要
用肺癌单抗 4E_(12)对各种上皮和非上皮肿瘤及正常上皮组织进行 ABC 法免疫组化检查,结果显示4E_(12)不仅与各型肿瘤而且与其他癌组织亦有较好的反应性,而与正常上皮及非上皮性肿瘤基本不反应,表明4E_(12)对上皮性肿瘤有较好的敏感性和特异性,这将在病理组织鉴别诊断以及上皮性肿瘤的定位诊断和导向药物治疗方面可能有应用价值。
A variety of cancers,non-epithelial tumours and normal epithelial tissue were examined by monoclonal antibody 4E_(12) against pulmonary carcinoma with ABC immunohis- tochemistry technique.The results showed that 4E_(12) not only reacted to all kinds of pulmonory carcinomas but also reacted to normal epithlia and non-epithelial tumours.It sug- gested that 4E12 had good sensitivity and specificity against epithelial tumours.It will be valuable in differential diagnosis of pathological tissues,location diagnosis of epithelial tu- mours and guide medicine treatment.
