摘要
目的 探讨乳腺肿块FNAC的诊断及影响其准确率的因素。方法 回顾 1115例乳腺肿块FNAC的诊断 ,分析其特点及诊断要点。结果 1115例乳腺肿块FNAC中 ,有 32 8例获病理组织学对照 ,FNAC总正确率 96 .3% ,总误诊率 3.7% ;假阴性率 4 .8% ,潜在假阳性率 1.7% ,无 1例假阳性。可疑癌占 5 .6 5 % (6 3/ 1115 )。结论 FNAC对乳腺癌的早期发现及明确诊断有重要意义 ,对临床术前判断良恶性具有独特价值。
Objective To determine the utility and accuracy of fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) as well as its sensitivity,specificity and predictive value in the diagnosis of breast masses.Methods Data on breast masses with 1115 case FNAC done were retrieved from the records of the cytopathology laboratory.Results Histopathology was available in 328/1115.The overall accuracy of diagnosis were 96.3%,the false negative rate, potential false positive rate and overall nisdiagnositic rate were 4.8%, 1.7% and 3.7% respectively.Meanwhile, doubtful cancer(in 63) accounting for 5.65% of total breast tumor.Conclusion This large study shows that FNAC is a very accurate tool for diagnosis of breast masses. It is highly sensitive and specific,with good cytohostologic correlation.
