摘要
卵孢白僵菌对花生田蛴螬优势种群暗褐鳃角金龟甲和东北大黑鳃角金龟甲有明显的控制作用,寄生率为36.84～66.67%。亩施菌剂1.5公斤加40%甲基异柳磷乳油0.1公斤混用,虫口减退率为83.06%,果实被害率降低87.46%,防效优于单施菌剂式单施药剂,试验提示,以菌药混用比例2:0.1公斤/亩为适宜。
Beauveria tenella has significant control effect on the dominant populations of
Holotrichia morosa and H.diomphalia of Scarabaeidae,the parasite rate is 36.84-
66.67%.The decreasing rate on Searabaeidae is 83.06% and on damage fruit rate is
87.46% under application of 1.5kg bacterial dosage mixed with 0.1kg 40% isofen-
phos-metbyl per 1/15 hectare,the control effect is higher than that of single bacte-
rial dosage or single chemical dosage.The experiment shows that it is suitable to
use bacterial dosage mixed with chemical dosage in the ratio of 2 to 0.1 for farml-
and application.
