摘要
目的 :探讨早期静注补气通络针加小剂量甲基强的松龙 ( methyl prednisolone,MP)对兔急性脊髓损伤的疗效和作用机制。方法 :取 65只新西兰大白兔 ,随机分为空白组、生理盐水组、中药组、大剂量 MP组、小剂量 MP加中药组。采用改良 Allen's重物打击法 ,致伤能量为 1 2 0 g cm。通过观察动物脊髓神经功能的恢复和脊髓组织及血清中 SOD和 MDA的含量变化情况。结果 :中药、大剂量 MP、小剂量 MP加中药组均可促进脊髓神经功能的恢复 ,尤以大剂量 MP、小剂量 MP加中药组为著 ;伤段脊髓及血清中 SOD明显降低和 MDA明显升高 ;中药组、大剂量 MP组和小剂量MP加中药组在不同时间 ( 6、1 2、2 4小时 )均能升高和降低血清及脊髓组织中 SOD和 MDA;大剂量 MP组和小剂量 MP加中药组在不同时间伤段脊髓及血清中 SOD和 MDA变化比较无明显差异 ,但均比中药组显著。结论 :认为早期静注补气通络针加小剂量 MP可通过调节脊髓组织及血清中 SOD和 MDA的含量 ,促进脊髓神经功能的恢复 ,治疗脊髓的继发性损伤并可增效减毒。
Objective: To observe the curative effect on treating acute spinal cord injuries with Buqi Tongluo injection plus small doses of mehtylprednisone and study its effect mechanism. Methods:65 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, physiological saline group, herbs group, large doses of MP group, and small doses of MP plus herbs. Taking the improved Allen's heavy attack methods with the energy of 120gcm. The recovering of animal spinal cord function and the levels of SOD and MDA in tissue and blood were observed. Results: Herbs, large doses of MP and small doses of MP can help the spinal function recover,esp. markedly large doses of MP and small doses of MP plus herbs. The level of SOD was reduced obviously and the level of MDA was raised obviously in injured spinal and its serum. In the herbs group, large doses of MP group and small doses of MP group plus herbs, the level of SOD could be raised obviously and the level of MDA could be reduced obviously in injured spinal and serum during different period(6h, 12h, 24h). The levels' vary of SOD and MDA have no significant difference between in large doses of MP group and small doses of MP plus herbs group, while both have significant difference from those in herbs group. Conclusion:Treating with Buqi Tongluo Injection and small doses of MP during early period can help the injured spinal nerve function recover by regulating the level of SOD and MDA in spinal tissue and serum, which can improve the curative effect and reduce the side effect on treating later spinal injury.
