摘要
目的:比较丹参注射液与地塞米松注射液对小儿喘息样支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:58例喘息样支气管炎患儿随机分成丹参注射液治疗组和地塞米松注射液对照组,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组喘气消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、啰音消失时间及治疗时间及总有效率与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液是治疗小儿喘息样支气管炎的有效药物,副作用小。
Objective： To compare medicinal effect of dan-shen root injection with that of anaflogistico injection in the treatment of children＇s asthmatic bronchitis. Methods： 58 cases with children＇s asthmatic bronchitis were divided into two groups at random, Treatment group were treated with Dan-shen root injection and control group with anaflogistico. Results： Therapy days and recovery time of panting, wheezing and rate were all obviously shortened in the treatment group compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion： Danshen root injection can be used to treat children＇s asthmatic bronchitis, which has few side effect.
