摘要
考察了焦化温度和焦化压力对石油系油浆与煤系闪蒸油聚合后所得物料焦化性能的影响。根据在不同焦化条件下所得焦块光学结构的好坏确定了最佳的焦化温度和焦化压力分别为500℃和1MPa,并在此条件下应用"放气拉焦"的方法制得了以纤维为主的流线型光学结构的针状焦。
The influence of the coking temperature and pressure on the properties of coke from the cocarbonization products of petroleum and coalbased tar was investigated. By evaluating the quality of the optical textures of cokes which were obtained under different coking conditions, the optimum temperature and pressure were 500?℃ and 1?MPa, respectively. By means of 'letting off the gases for providing enough flow to force the uniaxial arrangement of mesophase molecules', a coke with a needlelike flow texture was obtained under the optimum coking conditions.
