摘要
以无喹啉不溶物煤焦油为原料 ,在 30 0℃下通过空气吹扫氧化 8h ,10h ,12h制备了不同软化点的沥青 ,采用1H NMR ,13 C NMR ,FT IR ,元素分析和族组成分析解析了沥青的化学结构。并在 1.6MPa ,4 80℃下分别将空气吹扫不同时间的氧化沥青和添加 10W/%、2 0W/%四氢萘的氧化沥青在管式反应器中进行焦化 ,随后考察其光学组织结构变化的情况。结果表明 :随着空气吹扫时间的增加 ,所获沥青焦光学各向异性组织单元尺寸减小 ;而空气吹扫沥青和四氢萘共炭化则由于体系发生氢转移反应 。
A commercial QI-free coal tar was air-blown at 300 degreesC for 8 h, 10 h and 12 h. The air-blown pitches and raw coal tar were characterized by elemental analysis, Fr-IR, H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR, solubility in hexane and toluene, and optical microscopy. The air-blown pitches were carbonized at 480 degreesC under 1.6 MPa in a tube reactor. The results showed that the anisotropic unit size of optical texture of coke decreased with increasing air-blowing time of the pitches, while the coke derived from co-carbonization of the air-blown pitches and tetrahydronaphthalene showed a larger anisotropic unit size of optical texture as a result of the hydrogen donor effect of the tetrahydronaphthalene.
