摘要
建立健全教师素质评价标准和评价机制是提高教师素质的有效途径 ;加强教师素质评价 ,建立一支高素质、高质量的教师队伍 ,是全面推进素质教育 ,深化教育改革的基本保证 ;是教育面向现代化 ,面向世界。
Establishment of evaluation standards and evaluation mechanism of teachers are a kind of effective path. Consolidation of quality evaluation of teachers and establishment of high quality teachers are inevitable trends to push forward quality education and to deepen education reform and to realize three kinds of facing.
