摘要
Twelve patients with uncontrolled open angle glaucoma underwent Non-Penetrating Deep Sclerectomy in the usual manner. After unroofing of Schlemms Canal and esxpure of its inner wall, ECA (5 micrograms) was introduced to the lumen of SC through its cut edges and applied over the inner wall. Following this, NPDS was completed as usual. IOP was reduced as expected
