摘要
目的 评价非穿透性深层巩膜切除术的疗效及其术后并发症。方法 回顾性对比分析深层巩膜切除术组 18例 30眼 (平均随访 9.36个月 )和小梁切除术组 2 2例 38眼(平均随访 12个月 )的术后眼压下降、有效率及其并发症。结果 非穿透性深层巩膜切除术组术前 ,术后 1周、1、2、3、6、9、 12个月眼压分别为 (2 6 .39± 2 .0 1) m m Hg (1k Pa =7.5 mm Hg)、(15 .36± 5 .6 6 ) mm Hg、(15 .70± 4.37) mm Hg、(15 .88± 2 .5 7) m m Hg、 (15 .2 3± 2 .80 ) mm Hg、 (16 .37±2 .83) mm Hg、(18.0 5± 2 .43) m m Hg、(17.37± 3.0 6 ) mm Hg。小梁切除术组术前 ,术后 1周、1、2、3、6、9、12个月眼压分别为 (2 9.11± 7.2 6 ) mm Hg、(17.33± 8.97) mm Hg、(17.6 6±4.78) mm Hg、(16 .97± 4.77) m m Hg、(17.42± 5 .35 ) mm Hg、(18.86± 4.6 6 ) m m Hg、 (18.49± 4.32 ) mm Hg、 (18.2 9±3.76 ) mm Hg。 2组术后 12个月的成功率均为 75 % .深层巩膜切除术组除了 3例术后 1周内出现前房混浊外无其他并发症。结论 非穿透性深层巩膜切除术的疗效与小梁切除术相同 。
Objective To evaluate the effect and the postoperative complication of the non penetrating deep sclerectomy (NPDS).Methods Retrospectively the decrease of the PIO, the efficacy of this treatment and the complication after the operation of 18 cases with 30 eyes (the mean follow up period was 9.36 months), who have been performed the NPDS, and those of 22 cases with 38 eyes (the mean follow up period was 12 months), who have been performed the trabeculectomy were compared and analysed.Results The mean PIO of NPDS group was (26.39±2.01)mmHg before the operation, and (15.36±5.66)mmHg 1 week after the operation, (15.70±4.37)mmHg 1 month after the operation,(15.88±2.57)mmHg 2 months after the operation,(15.23±2.80)mmHg 3 months after the operation,(16.37±2.83)mmHg 6 months after the operation,(18.05±2.43)mmHg 9 months after the operation,(17.37±3.06)mmHg 12 months after the operation. The mean PIO of trabeculectomy group was (29.11±7 26)mmHg before the operation, and (17.33±8.97)mmHg 1 week after the operation,(17.66±4.78)mmHg 1 month after the operation,(16 97±4.77)mmHg 2 months after the operation,(17.42±5 35)mmHg 3 months after the operation,(18.86±4.66)mmHg 6 months after the operation,(18.49±4.32)mmHg 9 months after the operation,(18.29±3.76)mmHg 12 months after the operation,The efficacy rate of the both operative methods is 76% 12 months after the operation. In the NPDS group we have not found any other post operative complication except that the inflammatory reaction of anterior chamber has been found in 3 cases within 1 week after the operation. Conclusion The efficacy of the NPDS is the same as that of the trabeculectomy, but the rate of the post operative complication of the former is distinctly lower than that of the latter.
