摘要
本文引用变截面管内流体的传热过程基本方程作为铸轧过程的三维传热模型。简化后得到结晶区温度场的一维模型。在采用了比较接近真实过程的第三类边界条件的情况下,对一维基本方程求解,导出了铸轧过程结晶区温度场的计算公式。
The basic equation for heat transfer in the fluid in a varying section tube was used as a three-dimensional heat transfer model for roll casting process, from which a one-dimensional model was derived for the temperature field in the crystallization region by simplifying. The formula was developed for the temperature field in the region during roll casting, by solving the basic onedimensional equation in the third kind of boundary conditions which are relatively close to the actual process.
