摘要
基于凝固传热和连续铸钢的工艺特点,建立了描述板坯、方坯和矩形坯内凝固过程的非稳态温度场的解析模型,采用显式有限差分和线上求积两种方法离散化求解,使用通用的算法语言或软件包编写程序,用 IBM-PC/XT 等通用微机做计算工具,每次模拟算约4~10小时。此研究结果可移植用于工程上定量讨论连铸过程各种参数对固—液两相区的发展等冶金指标的影响.
On the basis of solidification-heat transfer and continuous casing tech- nology,analytical models have been developed to describe unsteady temperature fields existing in slab,square and rectangle billets of steel.Because the ratio of billet length to its cross section size is about 10~2,the explicit method of finite differences or the numerical method of integration on line are used for numerical solution The simulating caculation can be finished in 4- 10 hours by using a personal computer (IBM-PC/XT).These models can serve as powerful auxiliary tools for continuous casting engineering,for example,to predict shell thickness,liquid pool profiles,mushy nose and soli- dification parameters,etc.
