摘要
采用特殊轧制复合工艺制备耐深冲不锈钢/铝、不锈钢/铝/不锈钢复合薄板获得成功,解决了两种性能相差悬殊的金属材料的复合及随后的深冲问题。文中对复合体的结合强度及其测量方法、耐深冲性能、机械性能、热的传导和分布及中间过渡层的结构、金相等进行了初步探讨,对研究层状复合材料有一定意义。
Stainless steel/aluminium and stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel (SS/Al/SS) composite plates were sucessfully prepared using a special sandwich rolling technique, thus attacking the difficulties in cladding and deep drawing of two very different metallic materials. They have proved to be excellent in deep drawing performances. In this paper these composite plates are characterized in terms of the bonding strength of the composite and its measurement, deep drawing performances, mechanical performances, thermal conductivity and its distribution, and the structure and metallography of the intermediate (transition) layers.
