齿轮修形是提高齿轮承载能力,改善其运转质量的重要措施,特别是对硬齿面的低速重载齿轮。本文概要地阐述了GPRR500减速器齿轮修形的设计、加工、检测和试验的过程及结果。
Gear correction is a piece of important mean used for promoting gear's loading capacity and improving its running quality, especially for heavy-duty gear with low velocity. This paper briefly descibes the design, machining, test and measurement condition of model GPRR 500 reducer's gear correction.
