摘要
结合有限元分析理论,借助计算机软件ANSYS,模拟原型齿轮副与修型齿轮副在加载工况下的受力情况,有效地得出修形轮齿的接触强度、根部弯曲强度应力分布图,将显示结果与原形齿轮接触应力图相对比,从而验证齿廓修形理论并精确确定修形量的范围,该方法不仅能验证分析结果的可靠性,而且在保证结构安全可靠运行的条件下,提高设计制造的效率,降低设计研制成本。
The combination of information technology and traditional manufacturing technology creats the advanced manufacturing technology ,brings the new opportunities for development.Based on finite element analysis theory; use the internet application ANSYS to simulate the load of tooth profile modification gear , lay out the stiffness and stress diagram prompt and efficient , the output data and dia- gram verify the designed parameter and assure the security of quality of the structure,increase efficiency of the produce and decrease rate of the cost.
