摘要
近几年来,随着人对事业成功的探索、渴望与追求,国内的心理学界和社会各界逐步开始关注和重视情感智力和情商的有关问题。笔者在此对情感智力及其情商方面进行探讨,分析情感智力的理论结构,并在此基础上阐述情感智力与人的心理健康之间的关系。
In recent years as people explore into, long for and seek after success in career, the Chinese psychological circle and people from all walks of life are interested and pay much attention to questions concerning emotional intelligence and emotional quotient. The author has probed into the questions of emotional intelligence and emotional quotient, analyzing the theoretical structure of emotional intelligence, and expounding on the basis of this the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological health of people.
