摘要
法治是反腐败的根本途径。建构现代化反腐倡廉法治体系包含二方面内容 :一、健全国家权力制约机制 ,通过权力设定和操作的有效制约以及加强权力监督 ,管好公职人员手中之权。二、健全反腐败法律制度和组织机构 ,一旦发现权钱交易等腐败现象 ,即严厉惩治 ,坚决清除。
Ruling by law is the most fundamental way to fight against corruption. To construct modern legal system against corruption is made up of two aspects: 1.To perfect mechanisms of restricting national power. By the means of restricting installation and movement of power and strengthening supervision, we control the officials' “power”. 2. To perfect laws and organizations against corruption. Once “power for money” appears, we get rid of it.
