摘要
现代企业制度的建立,对企业秘书的素质提出了更新更高的要求。美学作为企业文化的高层追求,同时也是企业文化纵深发展的逻辑延伸,这就要求秘书也应具有相应的美学修养。秘书的美学修养,其核心范畴是秘书的审美活动。在审美过程中,秘书应注重自身的人格美、语言美、艺术美、生态美及自然美。在秘书学与美学的碰撞中,秘书作为审美主体,应提高自身的审美能力素质,全面优化自身的生存环境。美学的主要目的不是给人一堆抽象的知识,而是引导人们参与到实际的审美体验之中,参与到宇宙万物、生生不息的生命节奏之中,还宇宙人生以其本来面目。而这种本来面目就是我们苦苦追求的美好生活,也是人生的最高境界。
With the establishment of modern system of enterprise, its secretary quality should be more advanced and be up - to - dated , Aesthetics is not only the higher requirement of enterprise culture but also the logical extension of its development in depth , which requires that secretary should have the corresponding aesthetics culture. The kernel category of secretary aesthetics culture is her aesthetics activity. During the esthetic Process, secretaries should pay attention to their beauty of personality, language , art ecology and beauty of nature . As for fashion of aesthetics , secretaries should have their own choice, rather than have it become potential negative effects.
