摘要
以 HPMC单用或与卡波姆 934p合用 ,制备盐酸丁螺环酮缓释片并进行体外释放度的测定。结果表明本品可持续释药 2 4 h,且加入卡波姆比单用 HPMC为骨架具有更好的缓释效果。
Buspirone hydrochloride sustained release tablets were prepared by using HPMC alone or HPMC and Carbopol 934p as matrix. The evaluation of in vitro drug release test showed that the buspirone could sustain release through 24 h in both two kinds of tablets, but dissolution of tablets which prepared with HPMC and Carbopol 934p were better than those with HPMC alone.
