摘要
护理医疗文件书写中存在的问题是造成近年来医疗护理纠纷处理难 ,使护理工作陷于被动状态的原因之一。为了提高护理人员的法律意识 ,避免或减少护理纠纷 ,分析书写中存在的问题 ,对护理文件书写与法律责任的关系进行了探讨 ,并对提高护士法制观念、严格按照要求写好文件及加强其质量监控提出对策。
Recently, the problem in writing nursing medical documents is one of the causes for medical and nursing disputes to be settled with difficulty and for nursing work to be in a passive state. In order to enhance legal consciousness of the broad masses of nurses to avoid or reduce nursing disputes, the causes of current problems in writing nursing documents were analyzed, relationship between writing nursing documents and legal responsibility were explored, and countermeasures were put forward to raise nurses’ sense of legal system so as to improve the writing and quality control of nursing documents according to the strict demands concerned.
