摘要
整体护理病历中书写PIO记录具有记录形式清晰、便于质量考核等优点同时可锻炼护士按护理程序进行工作 ,另一方面也存在一些问题。我们从整体护理的特征及护理人员的现状 ,讨论PIO记录的优点及不足 ,并提出相应的措施。
The record writing of PIO in hilistic nursing casehistory has many merits, the form of the record is clear, and it is convenient for quality checking, meanwhile it also makes nurses to work according nursing process. On the other hand, there are many questions. From the holistic nursing characters and nowadays states of nurses, We discuss the merits and faults of the record writing of PIO, then make some correlated measures.
