粉煤灰、硅灰对水泥胶砂性能影响的试验研究 被引量:51

摘要  研究了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、硅灰掺量、粉煤灰与硅灰双掺对水泥净浆性能的影响,结果表明粉煤灰、硅灰双掺可克服单掺粉煤灰早期强度低的缺点,又可保证后期强度增长较快;还分析研究了双掺水泥胶砂中粉煤灰掺量对强度、流动度、干缩等性能的影响,当硅灰掺量5%,粉煤灰掺量为30%~40%时,其抗压、抗折、干缩性能均优于流动性接近的基准胶砂。 This paper concentrates on the influence of waterbinder ratio,the replacement of fly ash and silica fume and doublemixture of fly ash and silica fume on the performance of cement mortar.As is shown by the results,doublemixture of fly ash and silica fume can not only overcome the shortcoming of fly ash,such as low early strength,but also ensure the fast growing of later strength.In addition,the influence of replacement of fly ash in the doublemixture cement mortar on the strength,flow degree and dry shrinkage are also studied.When the replacement of silica fume is 5% and fly ash is 30%~40%,the compress strength,flexural strength and dry shrinkage are all superior to those of the control cement mortar.
