摘要
锅炉蒸汽吹扫对新建机组的安全运行意义重大。锅炉蒸汽吹扫有两种方式:降压吹扫和稳压吹扫。由于采用降压吹扫对系统要求低,易于实现,故汽包锅炉大多采用降压吹扫。但对汽包等厚壁元件来说,频繁的压力骤然变化是不利的。稳压吹扫在这方面的优点是突出的。在某厂调试期间成功实现锅炉稳压吹扫,丰富了我们的调试手段。
The blowing sweeping of boilers with steam is essential for safe operation of newly - built generators. Boilers can be sweeped with steam at reduced or stabilized pressure. Most of steam boilers are sweeped with steam at reduced pressure because sweeping at reduced pressure has a less stringent requirement for the system and is easier to achieve. However, frequent abrupt changes in pressure is no good for thick - walled components in the steam system. On this particular aspect, the advantage of sweeping at reduced pressure goes without saying. The successful realization of sweeping of boilers at a stabilized pressure during the commissioning of generators at a power plant enriched our commissioning means.
