摘要
介绍了江苏国电常州发电有限公司一期工程2台国产600 MW超临界机组锅炉设备概况,阐述了带炉水循环泵的超临界机组锅炉冲管的方式、流程及参数,分析了冲管过程中锅炉侧及汽机侧有关参数的控制,并对大型超临界机组锅炉冲管工作进行了总结,提出了冲管中采取的一些技术措施,以此为同类型机组的调试和运行提供参考。
In this paper, the facilities of 2 ×600 MW supercritical power unit boiler in Guodian Changzhou electric power Co., Ltd are introduced, in which the pipe blowing technique, flow path and key parameters for supercritical unit boiler with circulating pump are elaborated. Parameters control for boiler and turbine in the procedures of pipe blowing are analyzed, Some useful suggestions and conclusions for supercritical unit boiler pipe blowing are put forward which is good guidance for operation and commissioning in other power plant of the same type.
