摘要
目的 :介绍以计算机立体视觉为模型建立的颈椎活动度精确测量系统。方法 :由互成角度的两个摄像机将标尺运动的图像输入计算机图像处理系统 ,通过对标志点的识别、定位 ,对颈椎活动度进行精确测量。实验检测了 10名健康青年男性的颈椎主动和被动的活动范围。结果 :颈椎前屈、后伸 ,左、右侧屈 ,左和右旋转的主动活动度分别为 :47.3°± 2 .9°、 3 8.7°± 3 .4°、41.9°± 2 .2°、42 .9°± 1.7°、68.3°± 6.3°、68.5°±5 .6° ,其被动活动度分别为 :5 6.6°± 4.0°、46.9°± 5 .5°、5 0 .7°± 2 .4°、5 0 .8°± 1.8°、74.6°± 4.1°、77.5°± 5 .5°。结论 :以计算机立体视觉为模型建立的测量系统可以精确测量颈椎的活动度 (精确度为 0 .8°)。
Objective: To introduce the system of accurately measuring the range of motion (ROM) of cervical spine with computer stereovision model. Methods: The images of calibration motions were input into the computer image processing system by two angled cameras, and the ROM of cervical spine could be measured accurately by identifying and locating the marks. The ranges of active and passive motions of ten healthy young men were measured. Results: The ranges of active flexion, extension, left flexion, right flexion, left and right rotation were 47.3°±2.9°, 38.7°±3.4°, 41.9°±2.2°, 42.9°±1.7°, 68.3°±6.3°, 68.5°±5.6° respectively; and the range of these passive motions were 56.6°±4.0°, 46.9°±5.5°, 50.7°±2.4°, 50.8°±1.8°, 74.6°±4.1°, 77.5°±5.5°. Conclusion: This measuring system can accurately measure the ROM of cervical spine (precision is 0.8°).
