摘要
目的 提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析 2 3例睾丸扭转患者的诊治资料。结果 2 3例患者均经彩超检查确诊为睾丸扭转 ,1例经手法复位治愈 ;8例经手术复位治愈 ;14例行睾丸切除和对侧睾丸固定 ,其中 9例随访 6月～ 2年 ,复位的睾丸大小、血流正常。结论 彩超是首选的辅助检查方法 。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion.Methods 23 cases of testicular torsion treated from July 1992 to March 2003 were reviewed.The diagnosis and treatment were analysed.Results The diagnosis of testicular torsion in all the 23 cases was assessed on colour Doppler ultrasonics.1 cases were cured by manual detorsion,8 by surgical detorsion and orchildopexy,14 by orchiectomy and contralateral orchildopexy.Conclusions colour Doppler ultrasonics examination can serve as a chief adjuvant diagnostic method.In order to save the testicle with early surgical exploration orchildopexy might be mandatory to avoid recurrence.
