摘要
１９９５年１月至１９９８年１０月共收治睾丸扭转４例，经彩色多普勒流动显像（ＣＤＦＩ）得到诊断。 ＣＤＦＩ对阴囊内急症应视为首选方法，若诊断明确或疑睾丸扭转，应及早手术探查，以提高睾丸的获救率。
Four patients with testicle reverse, admitted during the period of January 1995 to October 1998, were diagnosed with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) which should be considered the primary diagnostic approach for scrotal emergencies. In order to raise the testicle survival rate, immediate operative exploration is recommended when the diagnosis is clear or testicle reverse is suspected.
