摘要
目的研究和探索切除儿童松果体区肿瘤的手术入路。方法经额胼胝体-穹隆间入路切除儿童松果体区肿瘤45例。结果肿瘤全切除34例,近全切除8例,大部切除3例,无手术昏迷死亡。结论经额胼胝体-穹隆间入路是切除松果体区肿瘤的最佳入路之一,直视下操作,按生理间隙进入,肿瘤全切率高,术后合并症少。
Objective To intraduce a new a pproach for resection of pineal region tumors in children.Method45cases of pi neal region tumors was resected by trans-frontal-callosal-interforniceal appr oach.Result Among the45patients,34tumors were totally removed,8with subt otal removal and3with partially removal.After surgery no patient fell in coma or died.Conclusion The trans-frontal-callosal-interforniceal approach is o ne of the best choice for pineal region tumor removal in child.Di-rect corrido r,natural space make the tumor removed totally with high with out severe posto perative com-plication.
