摘要
目的介绍和探讨经胼胝体-穹窿间入路切除第三脑室颅咽管瘤的手术入路。方法在10例尸头标本上进行显微解剖学研究,将此研究结果用于切除颅咽管瘤16例。结果显微镜下全切除第三脑室颅咽管瘤11例,近全切除3例,大部切除2例,死亡2例。结论该手术直视下操作,暴露良好,对瘤周正常结构损伤小,术后并发症少。
Objective To introduce a transcallosal-interfornix approach for removing the tumors of the third ventricle.Methods 16 patients(agee 6 to 67 years) with third ventricle tumors were operated via the approach of transcalloal-interfornix.Results Under the operative microscope,the tumors were totally removed in 11 cases,subtotally in 3 cases,and partially in 2 cases,dead in 2 cases.Conclusion The transcallosal interfornix approach is the most effective method to resect Craniopharyngioma of the third ventricle.The postoperative complications were rare.
