摘要
目的 观察肥胖病人血清胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 1、3 (IGFBP 1、IGFBP 3 )水平 ,分析其与年龄、性别、体重指数、糖代谢、脂代谢等指标的关系。方法 应用ELISA法测定 92例肥胖病人和 84例正常人血清IGFBP 3、IGFBP 1及真胰岛素水平。结果 肥胖组与对照组比较 ,IGFBP 3明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;IGFBP 1下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。IGFBP 1与BMI(r =-0 .418,P <0 .0 1)、FINS(r =-0 .3 5 7,P <0 .0 5 )和Homa IR指数 (r =-0 .3 1,P <0 .0 5 )呈负相关。IGFBP 3与FINS呈正相关 (r =0 .2 6,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肥胖病人血清IGFBP 1浓度降低 ;IGFBP
Objective To compare serum insulin like growth factors binding protein 1,3(IGFBP 1,IGFBP 3)concentrations in obese and normal subjects,and evaluate their possible relationships to age,body mass,fat distribution,metabolic and hormonal variable in obese patients.Methods 92 obese outpatients(57 female and 40 male,age 18~71,25<BMI<40 kg/m 2) and 84 healthy subjects(36 female and 48 male, age 18~67,18.5<BMI<23 kg/m 2) were recruited.BMI,wait to hip (WHR),blood pressure(BP) values,serum glucose and insulin concentration( basal and OGTT stimulated glucose),IGFBP 1,IGFBP 3,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,Ur levels were measured in obese and normal subjects.Results Concentrations of IGFBP 1 were descresed,and correlated negatively with BMI( r =-0.41, P <0.01) and FINS( r =-0.35, P <0.05) and Homa IR( r = -0.31, P <0.05).Concentrations of IGFBP 3 were high, and correlated positively with FINS( r = 0.26, P <0.05).Conclusions Our study demonstrates elevated IGFBP 3,reduced IGFBP 1 in obesity.However,IGFBP 1 levels were limited by insulin,and negative correlation with FINS and BMI as well as Homa IR,which shows that IGFBP 1 concentrations can well reflect insulin resistance status. \[
