摘要
用一种新的高效液相色谱法一次测定化妆品中紫外吸收剂UvinulM 4 0 ,ParsolMcx及Eusolex32 3含量。结果显示 ,该方法线性系数在 0 .999以上 ,系统和方法的精密度均在 1%以下 ,回收率在 98.2 9%至 10 1.6 9%之间。强迫降解试验表明该方法不受紫外吸收剂降解产物的干扰。因此该方法能准确、快速、简便地一次定量测定三种紫外吸收剂在化妆品中的含量 。
Quantitative method to determine Uvinul M40,Parsol Mcx and Eusolex 323 in cosmetics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography was studied.The linear correlation cofficients of this method are above 0.999.The system and method precisions are less than 1%.The recovery are between 98.29%and 101.69%. The results of the forced degradationstudy shows that the method is able to assay small concentrations of analyte without interference from degradation products.So,this is a stable,quick and accurate determination method,which can be used for quality control.
