摘要
采用分光光度法研究了2,2′,4,4′-四羟基二苯甲酮(BP-2)的吸收光谱。pH=10.00时,λmax=377 nm。BP-2能与Cu2+生成稳定的黄色络合物,λmax=431 nm,ε=1.1×104L.mol-1.cm-1。测定了络合物BP-2-Cu的组成为Cu(BP-2)2,稳定常数为4.02×109。在优选条件下测定BP-2的线性回归方程为A=-0.014+0.014 7c(μmol.L-1),相关系数为0.999 7,最低检出限为0.159μg.mL-1,加标回收率为99%~103%,该方法可用于防晒化妆品中BP-2的测定。
Absorption spectrum of 2, 2', 4, 4 - tetrahydroxybenzophenone ( BP - 2 ) was studied with spectrophotometric method. Under condition of pit = 10. 00 ,the λmax of BP -2 is determined as 377 nm. BP - 2 can be complexed with cupric ion forming a stable yellow complex. Under pH = 10.0, composition of the complex can be expressed as λ max of the complex compound is 431 nm, and ε = 1.1 ×10^4 L · mol^- 1 · cm^- 1 The complexing ratio of BP -2 and copper is 2:1 ,and the complex formation stability constant is 4.02 × 10^9. Under optimum conditions, the linear regression equation is A = 0. 014 7c -0. 014 with the correlation coefficient 0. 999 7. The recovery with additional standard achieves 99% - 103%. This method can be used for measuring content of BP -2 in sunscreen cosmetics.
