摘要
介绍了以乳酸、氢氧化钠和硫酸锌为主要原料 ,合成食品添加剂———乳酸锌的方法 ,并对影响产率的各种因素进行了讨论 ,找出了最佳反应条件 。
A new method to make zinc lactic using lactic acid?sodium hydroxide and zinc sulfate as the main raw materials was introduced. Various factors affecting the productivity were studied in the article. Best reacting conditions and the higher productivity were obtained.
