摘要
乳糖存在于乳汁中.因肠道乳糖酶的缺乏而致乳糖不消化并出现症状称为乳糖不耐受(lactoseintolerance),这一问题牵涉到全世界半数以上的人口.我国人口的绝大多数体内缺乏乳糖酶.随着乳品应用的扩大,此情况就越显严重.应该研究相应的对策.
Lactose presences in milk. Lactose maldigestion with clinical symptoms due to the deficiency of intestinal
lactase in termed as lactose intolerance. It is a problem related to more than a half of the total population of
the world. Most adult Chinese are lactase defficient. Since the developing of the utilization of milk products,
the situation of the problem will become more and more serious. It is necessary for us to investigate the mea-
sures should be taken to counter it.
