摘要
通过对合成高分子材料的化学修饰进行新型乳糖酶固定化载体的制备研究.使用聚苯乙烯粉末依次经过硝化、还原反应,再与Vc作用活化进行化学修饰.硝化反应平均每个苯环引入1.45个硝基,硝基还原比率达到24.97%.用Vc活化使氨基活化比率可达到21%.通过对新型酶固定化材料的检验,证实了乳糖酶被有效固定.
The process of the preparation of a new kind of carriers for lactase immobilization was studied through the chemical modifications of synthesized polymer. The polystyrene powder was modified in the sequence of nitration, reduction and activation by Vc. The nitration rate reached 1.45 nitro groups for each.phenyl group in average. The reduction ratio of the nitro groups achieved to 24.97%. And the activation percentage for amino groups with Vc attained to 21%. The carrier was tested with the lactase immobilized on it.
