摘要
目的 分析热区抗洪抢险官兵常见疾病种类和发病时间分布规律 ,为未来抗洪卫勤保障和疾病防治提供依据。方法 回顾调查了 1 0 6 1名抗洪官兵发病情况 ,结合相关历史资料进行分析。结果 热区抗洪抢险常见疾病种类包括 :皮肤病、上呼吸道感染、腹泻、中暑、外伤和红眼病 ;疾病发生随洪峰的出现、险情的增加成波状起伏 ;发病率陡升缓降 ,于第 7～ 1 0天达到高峰 ,第 1 2～ 1 5天后下降明显 ;各种疾病均有 5 0 %以上的病例出现在头1 0d。结论 抗洪抢险发病趋势和洪峰、险情关系密切 ;抗洪早期尤其是头 1 0d ,是疾病预防和治疗的重点和难点时期 。
Objective To show the variety, incidence rate and the distributing on the time of the diseases that occurred in the soldiers fighting a flood. And bring forward some advice to the disease prevention in the future. Methods Inquired 1061 soldiers who parted in the fight to a flood and analyzed many history data.Results The normal diseases occurred in the fight to a flood in the Torrid Zone are skin diseases, rheum, diarrhea, heatstroke, trauma and conjunctivitis. The sufferers increase with the appearance of the flood peak. The incidence rate curve ascend sharply first and then descend slowly, and the peak appear in the seventh to tenth day, and obvious decrease in the twelfth to fifth day. More than 50% patients of all kinds of diseases appear in the first ten days. Conclusion The incidence of disease in the army fighting to the flood has tight connection with the flood peak. The diseases prevention work in the forepart of fighting to the flood, especially in the first ten days, is the most important and hard time.
