摘要
目的 评价青蒿琥酯预防血吸虫病的效果。方法 对 1998年参加长江九江段及鄱阳湖区抗洪抢险接触疫水的 3 2 6 4名武警官兵给予口服青蒿琥酯 ,并调查血吸虫病感染情况。结果 3 2 6 4名武警官兵中无急性血吸虫病发生 ,脱离疫水后 1个月检查 ,总粪检阳性率为 0 0 3 % ,血检阳性率为 1 5 % ;其中参加长江九江段抗洪抢险的武警官兵服用青蒿琥酯完全者没有发现血吸虫病阳性者 ,参加鄱阳湖区抗洪抢险的阳性率为 1 6 3 % ,均低于同期同地未服药组的阳性率 (P >0 0 5 )。
Objective To assess the efficaty of Artesunate in preventig schistosomiasis.Methods A total of 3264 soldiers of Armed Police Forces who combatted flood in schistosomiasis endemic areasof Jiangxi in 1998 were given artesunate,and their infection status was investigated one month after their of leaving infested water.Results No acute case of schistosomiasis was found.The total positive rate of stool examination was 0.03%(1/3264),and that of IHA was 1.59%(49/3264). No positive case of schistosomiasis infection was found among the soldiers who combatted,in Jiujiang sector of Yangtze River and took artesunate recovering whole period of anti-flood,while an IHA positive rate of 1.63% was detecfed among the soldiers who combatted flood in Boyang Lake area.Conclusions Artesunate is effective in preventing schistosomiasis for population who contact infested water in a short period.
