摘要
目的 :研究新化合物葛根 4’ 氧代乙酸 7 羟乙氧基 黄豆苷元 (DZ18)的主要药效学。方法 :采用小鼠急性毒性实验 ,脑缺血实验 ,常压耐缺氧实验 ,KCN中毒实验 ,跳台实验 ,考察DZ18的药效学结果。结果 :DZ18可显著延长小鼠存活时间 ,并对东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得障碍有显著改善作用。结论 :DZ18作为一种全新化合物 ,对心脑血管作用明显。
Objective: To study pharmacology ativity of daidzeinderivative DZ18. Method: To observe mice surival results of acute poisoning experiment, blood-deficiency experiments, endure oxygen-deficieny oxperiments, KCN poisoning experiment and jumpping experinent.Result: The experiments showed DZ18 could prolong the survival time of mice and obviously improve the mice memory.Conclusion: As a kind of new chemical compound, DZ18 was effect in treatment of heart-brain vessel disease.
