摘要
介绍了药食两用葛根的主要化学成分、药理功能及其两种产品野生葛根保健醋和乳酸发酵型葛根乳饮料的生产工艺流程的开发研究。
The main chemical components and pharmacological activities of Radix Pueraria were introduced in this paper. And the productive techniques of health protection vinegar and lactic acid bacteria beverage from Radix Pueraria (wild) were also introduced in this paper.
