摘要
研究α-萘酚在玻碳电极上的电化学性质.在pH=7.0的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,α-萘酚在玻碳电极上发生不可逆的氧化反应,氧化峰电位为0.25 V.用循环伏安法考察了其电化学氧化机理,建立了测定α-萘酚的示差脉冲伏安法.α-萘酚的浓度在1.0~8.0×102μmol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈线性关系,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.99%,加标回收率为97.0%~103.5%.
The electrochemical properties of α-naphthol were studied on the glassy carbon electrode ( GCE) , α-naphthol would be irreversibly oxidized on the GCE at 0. 25 V in pH =7.0 Britton-Robinson( B-R) buffer solution and the electrochemical oxidation principle was studied by cyclic voltammetry. A method of determination for a-naphthol by differential pulse voltammetry was set up. The concentration of a-naphthol is linear with the electrochemical current of oxidation peak, the linear range is 1.0-8.0×102μmol/L, the relative standard deviation is 2.99% , the recovrey is 97. 0%~103. 5% .
