摘要
通过对裂解C5馏分加氢催化剂的研制及其加氢试验 ,考察了反应温度、空速、入口双烯值等主要工艺条件对反应的影响规律 ,并对各工艺条件进行了优化 ,提出裂解C5馏分适宜的加氢工艺条件为 :总空速小于 5 5h-1,反应器入口温度 5 0~ 70℃ ,入口双烯值 0 .0 5~ 0 .0 8g/g,压力 2 .8MPa,氢油体积比为 1 5~ 2 0。在此工艺条件下 ,得到的加氢产品辛烷值 (MON)超过 80 。
The catalytic hydrogenation of pyrolysis C 5 was studied.The effects of the conditions such as reaction temperature,space velocity and inlet concentration of dienes were investigated.The optimum conditions were total space velocity less than 55 h -1 ,temperature 50~70 ℃,pressure more than 2.8 MPa,H 2/oil volumn ratio 15/20.The obtained products had the octane value more than 80.
