摘要
介绍了催化重整装置的反应条件和催化剂的重要性;评价了国外迅速发展的连续重整装置的技术特点及其灵活性,即根据市场需要,既可以多生产高辛烷值汽油组分,也可以多生产芳烃和氢气;指出我国发展连续重整势在必行.对我国老重整装置的挖潜改造提出了建议.
The importance of reaction conditions and catalysts of catalytic reformer were introduced together with the technical fea-tures of continuous regenerative catalytic reformers rapidly developed abroad. The flexibility, i.e. producing maximum octane gasoline components or maximum arom tics and hydrogen to meet the ma_ket requirements was evaluated. It was pointed out that developing domestic continuous regenerative reformers is imperativ,. Finally practical suggestions for tapping and in-novation of domestic semi-regenerative reformers were proposed.
