摘要
目的 探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)并发症的预防。方法 统计并发症的分布及发生率;以典型病例为素材,从理论及实际操作上分析并发症发生中可纠正或应须特别注意的因素。结果 PCI并发症在较高水平专科医院仍有一定的发生率(8.69％),一些可纠正或须特别注意的因素参与了部分病例并发症的发生。结论 对PCI并发症应进行系统的预防,有关并发症发生的可纠正或须特别注意的因素应为关键所在。
Objective To discuss the prevention of complications of percutaneous coronary interventional procedure (PCI) .
Methods Complications and their incidences were recorded and the (actors that could be avoided or should be intensively cared in
typical cases were analyzed. Results PCI complications were commonly found, even in high ranking specialized hospitals (8.2% },
and the factors involved in the complication were indicated. Conclusion PCI complications should be prevented systematically, and
those avoidable or intensively - cared factors are key points.
