经皮冠状动脉介入治疗老年冠心病的临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的分析经皮冠状动脉介入治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效。方法随机抽取以经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗的老年冠心病患者53例(老年组)和同期接受治疗的青中年冠心病患者50例(中青年组),分析两组患者治疗效果。结果老年组患者手术成功率、干预部位、支架植入数与青中年组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者术后无支架脱落、冠状动脉穿孔、急性冠脉闭塞等并发症。结论对老年冠心病患者采取PCI治疗,具有较高的治疗成功率,安全有效。
